• NSS unit is functioning from 2008-09 Academic year onwards with 100 volunteers.
• Pillur village is adopted and NSS Special camp is conducted every year in the adopted village and many social service activi- ties are carried.

• It is a wing of NSS and it is carrying out HIV / AIDS awareness programmes.

A Blood Donor's club is serving in this college with more than 250 members of different blood groups and they donate blood to the really needed causalities.

Apart from this Blood Donation camps are also arranged with Government Hospitals.
